Job Title
Developing and executing a conversion-focused content strategy for FPSM’s UK and US properties identifying search opportunities to maximise traffic
- Creating a content plan calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery
- Working closely with the SEO team to maintain Google rankings of key pages and identify new content opportunities
- Working closely with the SEO team to ensure all content is produced within correct, optimised SEO and keyword structures
- Managing the Casino Content Executive to execute agreed plan, and develop/maintain/optimise content
- Ensuring all Casino operator Review content is continuously updated and performing strongly across SERP’s
- Conducting regular audits to assess and improve the quality of the content across platforms
- Identifying opportunities to maximise content across both Poker and Bingo verticals
- Using analytics tools to track content performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance content effectiveness
- Leverage defined conversion metrics to optimise page management by refining operator offers and placements
- Collaborating with design team for visual content creation
- Monitoring and reporting on site KPI’s and develop plans for growth or problem solving
- Working with Marketing Operations team to ensure all content is correctly optimised with offers and conversion points

You will be accountable for:
- Delivery and execution of the weekly UK and US Casino content plan
- Management of all Casino pages; both commercial and editorial
- Management of the Casino Content Executive
You will be supporting:
- Operations and commercial teams on site listings
- SEO team with identifying new content opportunities
- Affiliate and Monetisation Lead with identifying new product ideas and improvements
- Design team on new Casino assets
Your Skillset:
- Extensive experience in content writing, especially in the iGaming or entertainment sector, is crucial
- Strong understanding of SEO practices, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization strategies to increase visibility and organic traffic
- Experience in developing and managing content calendars and strategies to ensure consistent output and alignment with business goals
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar) to track and report on content performance, audience engagement, and conversion metrics
- Ability to interpret analytics data to refine content strategies and improve overall performance
- Previously worked in a role focused on Casino gaming and/or sports betting
- Previously managed a team of content writers or freelancers
- An understanding of the affiliate revenue model and a strong understanding of the Casino affiliate industry and landscape
- Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail
