Casino Executive
Location: Remote
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Reporting To: Group Head of Casino
Role Purpose
The Casino Executive supports the day-to-day operation of the Casino function, helping to deliver engaging, compliant, and commercially effective casino experiences. This is a junior role offering the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of online casino operations, supplier management, and promotional activity, with clear opportunities for progression as the Casino function grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Casino.
- Publish new game releases and maintain the casino content roadmap.
- Upload and maintain casino content, including banners, featured games, and promotional placements.
- Set up and administer casino promotions, including free spins, deposit bonuses, and supplier-funded campaigns.
- Work closely with game providers to coordinate new releases, promotions, and technical updates.
- Test new games and promotional activity prior to launch.
- Assist with supplier reporting, invoice reconciliation, and promotional analysis.
- Support Customer Support with casino-related queries, investigations, and big win checks.
- Monitor casino performance, player behaviour, and industry trends, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with CRM, Compliance, Product, and Customer Support teams to deliver a best-in-class casino experience.

About You
- Previous experience within iGaming or online casino is advantageous but not essential.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Commercially minded with an interest in player behaviour and casino performance.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and keen to develop a career within the iGaming industry.
