Casino Manager – Grosvenor Casino Leicester

40 hours a week - includes nights/weekends.
Free parking onsite.

We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Casino Manager to join our team in Leicester, helping to deliver exceptional customer experiences while leading a high-performing venue team.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Casino Expertise: You’ve got solid UK casino management experience and a deep understanding of all gaming activities - from slots to tables - and how to optimise them for performance and profitability.
  • Licensed Leader: You hold a valid Personal Management Licence (PML) and understand the responsibilities that come with it.
  • Customer-First Mindset: You know what today’s players want and how to deliver it - creating a safe, exciting, and engaging environment that keeps them coming back.
  • Operational Excellence: You’re laser-focused on maximising performance across the gaming floor, ensuring every area runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Strong Communicator: You foster open dialogue, encourage feedback, and lead with clarity and purpose.
  • Change Champion: You embrace change and help others do the same in a fast-evolving business landscape.
  • Safer Gambling Advocate: You’re well-versed in safer gambling practices and ensure your team delivers fun, responsible play.
  • Inclusive Leadership: You celebrate individuality, lead with empathy, and build high-performing, diverse teams that thrive.
