Casino Marketing Lead

Role Overview

As a Casino Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the online casino product, ensuring seamless operation, and driving player engagement. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to enhance the overall casino experience. Previous CRM experience is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product, Games, Design and Compliance to align campaigns with key features and promotional activity.
  • Represent CRM in wider business discussions, contributing to strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the online casino platform.
  • Work with game providers to launch new content and ensure a competitive product offering.
  • Monitor game performance, promotions, and player engagement to optimise revenue.
  • Assist in planning and executing casino promotions and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with UKGC regulations and responsible gaming policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, payments) to enhance player experience.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Report on campaign performance, always using data and come with KPI performance – activity, turnover, bonus costs, revenue, ROI & overall product performance.
  • Take an active interest in compliance and regulation, always understanding how it affects customers and campaigns.
  • Presenting ideas for original content and bespoke games.
  • Managing the exclusive roadmap, ensuring strong content all year round.
  • Understanding which games, mechanics, features, and themes work well in certain markets while providing feedback and suggestions internally.
  • Offering game suggestions for marketing activities, ensuring the right games are provided to our players at the right time.
  • Compiling game benchmark statistics from key suppliers and our own internal data to review game performance and share insight with internal stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in an online Casino Manager role or similar within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of online casino games, player behaviour, and market trends.
  • Diligent, thorough, a good communicator and able to respect deadlines and team colleagues.
  • Data-driven and detail-orientated with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for the gaming industry and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
  • Knowledge of iGaming providers and aggregators, what content they offer, and where.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • High attention to detail.
