About Betty

Betty is an innovative entertainment company pioneering at the intersection of real-money online casinos and casual mobile gaming.

As our group continues to grow, we’re launching a new regulated venture in Great Britain. Betty UK is a startup company licensed by the Gambling Commission, as a casino operator in April 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the games performance, ensuring smooth functionality and a seamless player experience.
  • Manage and update the casino’s game portfolio.
  • Maintain third-party relationships (game providers) and negotiate regular discounts, joint promotions, and exclusive releases.
  • Regular game providers' profitability analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the product and the UI/UX teams to improve the games lobby and the game frame.
  • Work closely with the Head of LiveOps and the CRM Manager on the launch of new games, promotions, and tournaments to engage the player base.
  • Analyze player behavior and develop a deep understanding of what games are suitable for the different value and lifecycle segments.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies and remain competitive.
  • Investigate the addition of new game providers and new gaming verticals and closely oversee their implementation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of online casino management experience.
  • Proven experience in managing and updating the game portfolio, including the evaluation and integration of new game providers.
  • Strong capability in data & profitability analysis, reporting on game performance, and understanding player behavior across different segments.
  • Experience working closely with product, design, and marketing teams to optimize the games lobby, launch new games, and create engaging player promotions.
  • Strong commercial partnership management.
  • Competence in monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
  • Proven ability to lead the integration of new games and gaming verticals, ensuring a smooth process and successful launches.
  • Fluency in English.
