Casino Gaming Supervisor – Table Games Operations
About the Role
Supervises the key activities of Casino gaming tables, including Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Dice, and related services. This role ensures smooth functionality through adept management, oversight, and adherence to gaming rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of gaming table services to guarantee fair and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure accurate payout calculations, financial record keeping, and compliance with gaming laws.
- Observe dealer behavior, player transactions, and casino activities to detect irregularities or misconduct.
- Manipulate customer service authority to maintain guest satisfaction in alignment with Celebrity Connections standards.
- Supervise international teams of dealers through coaching, motivation, and performance management.
- Administer disciplinary actions while maintaining ethical, professional boundaries.
- Monitor and control operational expenses, optimize staffing to meet business demand.
- Manage headcount efficiently to align with vessel-based productivity goals.
- Navigate office and gaming software (e.g., Excel, Word) and generate key financial reporting.

Hiring Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ dealer experience in Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, and Dice (preference given to candidates with shipboard gaming experience).
- Quick mental arithmetic skills for monetary calculations, odds, and probability percentages.
- Strong judgment for resolving disputes while adhering to gaming rules and regulations.
- Domain knowledge of payout accuracy, dealer performance, and team dynamics.
- Completion of a Gaming Board/Commission-approved dealer school.
- Excellent customer service skills, authority, and discretion to uphold company standards.
- Basic human resources competency including team development, coaching, conflict resolution, and termination procedures.
- Batter computational understanding of casino financial operations, including expense reduction strategies.
- Experience managing headcount intelligently, ensuring alignment with operational standards.
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) and internet-based software.
- High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
