CASS Operations / Compliance Manager — Commodities | London
A growing commodities trading firm is seeking a hands-on CASS Operations / Compliance Manager to hold personal responsibility for its client assets operations, systems and processes. This is a doer role for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves and own the detail themselves, not supervise from a distance.
The opportunity You'll hold personal responsibility for CASS operations, systems and processes, working individually to deliver on all CASS tasks. With a remit to improve and enhance existing processes and systems, you'll be the go-to person for everything client assets — shaping how the function runs and ensuring it operates to the highest standard.

What you'll do Hold personal responsibility for CASS operations, systems and processes. Work individually to deliver on all CASS tasks, end to end. Review, improve and enhance existing processes, controls and systems. Select, configure and optimise the systems underpinning the CASS function. Partner with compliance and external advisers to keep the function robust and well-governed.

What we're looking for A CASS background is essential — whether your strength sits on the operations or the compliance side. LME market experience is essential. 2–9 years' relevant experience. Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to operate across a diverse, international environment. A genuinely hands-on, operationally minded approach.
Package £70,000–£90,000 depending on experience
