CASS Oversight Manager
Location: London 3 days, home 2 days
Salary: up to £85,000
We're partnering with a leading financial markets firm to appoint an experienced CASS Oversight Manager to join its Treasury function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CASS professional looking to take ownership of a mature Client Assets framework within a fast-paced, global business operating across derivatives, clearing and financial markets.
You'll play a key role in providing technical expertise, driving governance improvements and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across Treasury, Operations, Compliance and Risk.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the ongoing development and oversight of the firm's CASS Governance Framework.
- Provide expert interpretation of FCA CASS requirements, with a particular focus on CASS 7 Client Money and custody asset obligations.
- Assess the impact of new products, systems, regulatory changes and business initiatives on CASS compliance.
- Oversee CASS incidents, root cause analysis and remediation activities.
- Review client money reconciliations, CMAR reporting and key CASS controls.
- Produce high-quality MI and reporting for senior management and governance committees.
- Develop and maintain CASS policies, methodologies and control documentation.
- Deliver CASS training across the business and provide technical guidance to senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for
You'll have a strong technical understanding of the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook and experience operating within an FCA-regulated investment firm, broker or financial markets business.

Product Experience
Experience supporting CASS arrangements across financial markets products such as:
- Listed Futures
- Listed Options
- OTC Derivatives
- Interest Rate, FX and Commodity Derivatives
- Cleared Derivatives
- Prime Brokerage
- Securities Financing Transactions
- Cash Equities and Fixed Income
