About The Role
What will you be doing?
- Cellar management (maintaining stock levels within cellars, changing kegs, cleaning of cellars, production management using the ‘first in, first out’ method).
- Ensure that any requested equipment, furniture, or stock, is delivered to the right place at the right time, and to carry products from one area of the ground to the other.
- Accepting deliveries in the loading bay and delivering stock to the relevant locations.
- Make sure each back of house area is cleared of rubbish and left tidy at the end of each match.
- Ensure bars are restocked if requested.
- Ensure rubbish and bottles are cleared from bars during or immediately after functions or matches.
- Ensure rooms and kiosks are set up as directed.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for applicants who have worked within a similar environment and have experience changing kegs, maintaining stock levels, and production management (first in, first out’ method). This role is a key position here Liverpool Football Club and is an excellent way to gain an insight into understanding the back of house catering and hospitality industry. This position can involve manual lifting and long hours on your feet.
