Casual Banqueting Associate
** Banqueting & Event Operations Associate**
Our Operations team is seeking enthusiastic Banqueting Associates on a casual basis, with an immediate start.
Optimising our events requires more than just standard services; our C&B Associates take responsibility for creating impactful, seamless guest experiences through a diverse range of activities, including:
- Setting up and breaking down furniture
- Transporting supplies and materials
- Stocking bars and action stations
- Ensuring smooth event operations throughout
Success in this role hinges on several key behaviours:
- Prioritising safety in every task
- Strict adherence to company policies and procedures
- Commitment to upholding high-quality service standards
- Maintaining a professional appearance, personal conduct, and communication
