Casual Banqueting Associate

** Banqueting & Event Operations Associate**

Our Operations team is seeking enthusiastic Banqueting Associates on a casual basis, with an immediate start.

Optimising our events requires more than just standard services; our C&B Associates take responsibility for creating impactful, seamless guest experiences through a diverse range of activities, including:

  • Setting up and breaking down furniture
  • Transporting supplies and materials
  • Stocking bars and action stations
  • Ensuring smooth event operations throughout

Success in this role hinges on several key behaviours:

  • Prioritising safety in every task
  • Strict adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Commitment to upholding high-quality service standards
  • Maintaining a professional appearance, personal conduct, and communication
