Key Responsibilities
- Provide an outstanding guest experience during events and banquets, supporting your team whenever needed.
- Deliver high-quality food and beverage service in a banquet setting.
- Set up and break down banquet rooms, ensuring a flawless presentation.
- Attend to guests’ needs and requests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Anticipate and address service challenges to create a seamless dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient event execution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming banquet space.
- Assist in welcoming and training new team members.
