The Person
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous Barista experience
- Complaint Handling skills
- Experience in Cash Handling
- Able to work various shift patterns - morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends

- Serving food and drink in the restaurant and bar outlets whilst providing excellent customer service.
- Have a visible presence within the restaurant to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly manner.
- To up sell products where possible.
- Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company Policy.
- To assist with the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department.
