We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Bartender at New Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

What will the role involve?
As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by delivering outstanding drink service in a welcoming and professional environment. With excellent attention to detail and a passion for hospitality, you will:

- Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standards
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Maintain consistency in presentation and service
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the bar
Your friendly and engaging approach will help create memorable experiences for our guests while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the bar.

This is a casual contract and will require working a variety of shifts including weekends which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

You will have:
- Passion and pride in delivering exceptional, high-quality, personalised service to ensure our guests experiences are memorable
- Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience, with the confidence to work as part of a team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and busy bar environment
- Experience preparing and serving a range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, would be advantageous
