Casual Bartender
Easter Road Stadium – Home of Hibernian FC
Be part of the matchday atmosphere
We're looking for energetic, reliable, and experienced Casual Bartenders to join our team at Easter Road Stadium.
Working across busy bars, hospitality lounges, and event spaces, you'll play a key role in serving supporters and guests during Hibernian FC matchdays and a variety of events throughout the year.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and can maintain high standards while serving large volumes of customers.
Working Pattern & Pay
- This is a casual, hourly-paid position with flexible working patterns.

What You'll Be Doing
Matchday & Event Operations
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks quickly and accurately.
- Taking and processing card payments for drinks and food orders using EPOS systems.
- Working in high-volume bars serving large numbers of supporters and guests.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times.
- Assisting with bar setup before matchdays and events.
- Restocking products, glassware, and supplies throughout service.
- Helping to ensure bars remain clean, organised, and fully stocked during trading periods.
- Supporting the team to keep queues moving and maintain efficient service during busy periods.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as required.
- Working across different bars and outlets throughout the stadium when required.

Bar Standards & Compliance
- Keeping workstations clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Adhering to all Scottish Licensing Laws and responsible alcohol service procedures.
- Following Challenge 25 policies and checking identification where required.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensuring all products are handled, stored, and served correctly.
- Reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors and managers promptly.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Confident working in busy, high-volume environments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
- Knowledge of draught products and bar service is desirable but not essential.
