Casual Bartender – No.124 Brighton & Pearly Cow Brighton
We're now recruiting for a Casual Bartender at our No.124 Brighton and Pearly Cow Brighton locations!
✨ Are you a cocktail connoisseur? ✨
Do you know your cocktail shaker better than most know their way around Brighton’s Lanes? Can you pour a Pinot Noir with passion and shake a margarita with flair? If you know how to serve every guest like they’ve just stepped off the beach and into a fantastic experience, we want you—and don’t just take our word for it, see for yourself!
Here at No.124 Brighton by GuestHouse, we’re a small, stylish, family-run boutique hotel, and we’re looking for a casual bartender who can bring energy, elegance, and outstanding service to our team.
🍸 What You’ll Be Doing
- Mixing, pouring, and serving drinks with confidence and creativity
- Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests—whether they’re locals, weekend visitors, or festival-goers
- Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly
- Recommending drinks, sharing mocktails or cocktail stories, and occasionally dazzling with your expertise
- Supporting our Pearly Cow team during busy shifts
