Casual Care Support Worker – Norwich
£13.56 per hour + enhancements
Join our friendly, supportive, and inclusive team at Mountfield, operated by Norse Care, to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
Hours: Casual working patterns – across Monday to Sunday
About the Role

A Day in the Life
As a Care Support Worker, you will:
- Assist with personal care and support tasks to empower service users
- Work in collaboration with a team to build strong relationships, promoting independence, dignity, and adherence to person-centred care plans
- Support wellbeing events and activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment
- Respond promptly to call bells and emergencies
- Communicate effectively with medical professionals and community stakeholders

Mountfield is a private residential care home for self-funders, located in North Norwich (New Catton). Our fully refurbished home provides:
