We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!

The Person

Previous culinary experience Passion for cooking and willingness to learn Strong organisational and communication skills Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends

The Role

Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards Work effectively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control Contribute to menu development and specials as required
