Casual Chef
Elior Stadia – Bringing the Buzz to Matchdays & More
When the crowd roars, the food has to be just as exciting! At Elior Stadia, we serve up epic matchday meals, gourmet hospitality, and fast, fresh stadium snacks - so fans can focus on the action while we handle the flavour.
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Chefs to support our kitchen team at Alexander Stadium on an event-by-event basis. In this role, you will help deliver high-quality food for a variety of events and services, ensuring dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented to a high standard.
This flexible position is ideal for chefs who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and are looking for work that can fit around other commitments. Multiple hirings!
What you’ll be doing…
- You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and a positive experience for guests.
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and assist with the cooking and presentation of menu items in line with company standards.
- Service Delivery: Support the kitchen during service periods, ensuring food is produced efficiently, consistently, and to a high quality.
- Kitchen Organisation: Maintain an organised and efficient workstation, ensuring ingredients and equipment are prepared and ready for service.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock rotation, storage, and monitoring of ingredients to minimise waste.
- Compliance: Follow all health and safety, food hygiene, and company policies and procedures.

What can you bring?
- Have a passion for food and delivering high-quality dishes.
- Are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Have strong organisational and time management skills.
- Are reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Have previous kitchen or chef experience (preferred but not essential).
- Have a good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Hold a valid right to work in the UK.
