Join the Culinary Team at Hibernian FC
Are you passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional experiences? Hibernian FC is looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Porters, Chefs, Chef de Parties, and Sous Chefs to join our casual catering team.
Working across matchdays and events at Easter Road Stadium, you'll help deliver high-quality food and outstanding service to supporters, guests, players, and staff. With flexible shifts that can fit around other work, study, or personal commitments, this is a fantastic opportunity to earn extra income while working in an exciting and unique sporting environment. Whether you're looking to gain experience, develop your culinary career, or simply enjoy working as part of a passionate team, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your role and level of experience, you will:
- Prepare, cook, and present food to the highest standards.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of kitchen operations.
- Maintain excellent standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Ensure all kitchen, storage, and service areas are clean, safe, and well organised.
- Follow all Food Safety, COSHH, and Health & Safety procedures.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
- Support, train, and mentor team members where appropriate.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, products, and service requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused working environment.

Working Pattern: Casual hours for matchdays and events

Salary: Competitive hourly rates from National Minimum Wage up to £17.50 per hour, depending on the role, age, and experience.
