We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Commis Chef to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!
The Person
- Experience in a similar culinary role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for food and an eye for detail
The Role
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the supervision of senior chefs
- Maintain a clean and tidy workstation to ensure no cross contamination
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to company standards
- Receive and store deliveries correctly
- Support the kitchen team in all areas as required
- Adhere to food hygiene standards
