Adult Disability Domiciliary Service Support Worker – Casual (West Lancashire)
- Location: West Lancashire District
- Salary: £13.45 per hour
- Working pattern: Casual hours per week, work and sleep in shifts as relevant
- Enhancements: Weekend / Bank holiday pay

About the Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible individuals to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults with disabilities.
The Adult Disability Domiciliary Service provides 24-hour, 7-day-a-week support in participants’ own homes. As a Support Worker, you’ll assist individuals with learning disabilities to lead the lives they choose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, person-centred daily support, including:
- Personal care
- Financial management
- Medication administration
- Health support
- Help participants engage in activities and experiences within their local community
- Ensure dignity and respect in all interactions
- Work flexibly to meet 24-hour requirements, including unsocial hours

Requirements
The successful candidate will:
- Have a strong commitment to disability equality and individual dignity
- Value collaboration and a person-centred approach
- Be flexible and reliable for shift-based work, including weekends and bank holidays
- Note: Covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. A DBS disclosure will be required.
