About the Role
What will you be doing?
Working on our busy concourse kiosks, you’ll help serve over 45,000 fans on matchdays and events, providing fast, friendly service in a high-energy environment.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on service setting.
In This Role, You Will
- Serve a range of food and drinks from concourse kiosks, including:
- Hot drinks
- Alcoholic beverages
- Pies, burgers, and snacks
- Work behind busy counters and bar-style service areas during peak periods
- Take orders quickly and accurately while delivering great customer service
- Maintain a fast, efficient service during high-volume matchday demand
- Keep your area clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout your shift
- Support your team to ensure smooth and coordinated service

🕒 Average shift length: approximately 6 hours.
⚠️ Note: This role involves the handling and serving of alcoholic beverages, as well as food products, including pork.

We’re Looking For People Who Are
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoy working with the public
- Confident in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable handling food and drinks, including alcohol service
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Willing to learn and take on a variety of tasks
🔹 Experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
Additional Information
This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
