Legends Global is proud to be the official Food & Beverage partner at Chelsea FC, and we’re now recruiting Casual Culinary team members to join our matchday and events kitchen teams at the iconic Stamford Bridge.
Whether you’re an experienced kitchen professional or someone who thrives in fast-paced food environments, this is a fantastic opportunity to work across Premier League matchdays and major stadium events on a flexible, casual basis.
The Role
We’re looking for skilled, reliable, and hardworking kitchen professionals who thrive under pressure and take pride in delivering high-quality food at scale. Roles will vary depending on level, from food preparation and production to leadership, coordination, and operational oversight during service.
This is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals seeking flexible, event-based work within a professional stadium kitchen operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food in line with Legends Global and Chelsea FC standards
- Support the delivery of high-volume matchday and event catering
- For senior roles, lead and coordinate kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and food quality
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times
- Ensure kitchen areas remain clean, organised, and well stocked
- Work collaboratively across kitchen sections in a fast-paced live-event environment
What We're Looking For
- Relevant culinary experience appropriate to the role applied for
- Level 3 culinary qualification for Head Chef and Lead Chef roles
- Level 2 culinary qualification for Chef de Partie and Pastry roles
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
- Able to commute to Stamford Bridge

Recruitment Process Outlined
As part of the application, candidates will be asked to record a short video response to a couple of questions, allowing us to get to know you beyond your CV.
Applications and videos will be reviewed by the Legends Global team, with successful candidates invited to an interview and induction at Stamford Bridge.

This role is offered on a casual, event-based basis, with evening and weekend work aligned to matchdays and stadium events.
Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks.
