Casual Driver

About The Role

We’re expanding and looking for a Casual (0-Hour) Driver to join our team, supporting our operations nationwide.

As a casual driver, you will provide ad-hoc driving support by delivering cars and small vans to SBFM operational staff across the UK. You will ensure the timely and safe transportation of vehicles to meet SBFM's operational requirements.

Please note: This is a casual, zero-hours role, so working hours will vary depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver cars and small vans across the UK to SBFM operational sites and staff.
  • Handle all vehicles with care, ensuring they are delivered in a clean and roadworthy condition.
  • Complete all delivery documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Perform basic pre- and post-journey checks (fuel, oil, tyres).
  • Adhere to all road safety regulations and company driving policies.
  • Communicate effectively with the Fleet team regarding schedules, delays, or any issues.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with staff and clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
