About the Role
The role is likely to include:
- Responding to general enquiries and directing requests to the appropriate team member
- Helping to log and update maintenance requests and job records
- Updating spreadsheets, databases and electronic records
- Supporting filing, data entry, document preparation and correspondence
- Helping to coordinate appointments, contractor visits and meetings
- Assisting with purchase orders, invoices and other administrative documentation
- Monitoring shared inboxes and following up on outstanding information
- Providing general administrative support across the Estates team
About You
We would be interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are organised, reliable and able to manage different tasks
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Pay close attention to detail and can maintain accurate records
- Are comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Have a positive, helpful and adaptable approach
- Understand the importance of confidentiality
