Here's What You'll Do During a Typical Day
Manage pre-arrival details: Confirm reservations, assign accommodations, and fulfill special requests prior to guest arrival Coordinate group arrivals: Organize and oversee tour and pre-assigned group arrivals to ensure a seamless experience Delight our guests: Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to uphold service standards; maintain knowledge of all hotel services as well as VIP requests and special events Provide phone support: Answer and route incoming calls, maintain call logs, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction :
