The Role
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic individuals to join our food and beverage team working on a casual event driven basis. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do and we are looking for team players that can make a positive contribution to the overall customer experience. We welcome applicants who take pride in their work, have a positive friendly attitude and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for staff with experience of working busy events in a high-pressured environment.

We have exciting opportunities for Casual Food & Beverage Assistants to play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience. Whether you’re serving drinks, preparing food, or helping with customer inquiries, your friendly and positive attitude will make all the difference.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and meet them
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
This is a casual, event-based vacancy and will include evening and weekend work.
