Responsible for all activities relating to service within the restaurant and event spaces. Understand, follow and supervise the sequence of service standards. With excellent knowledge of food and beverage items, you will also ensure training of the team and memorable guest experiences. Attend any required training and meetings and support with the roster management to allow colleagues to attend activities, training, and meetings.

General Requirements

Good knowledge of food and beverage with an emphasis on wines.   Experience of 1 year or more within the food and beverage department in a luxury hotel. Hospitality recognized training certifications/qualifications. Friendly and positive with a flexible approach and confidence to guide a team. Ability to work under pressure.
