Role Overview
As a Casual Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be a key part of our front-of-house team, providing outstanding service and ensuring our guests enjoy a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve supporting food and beverage operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and accurately in line with company standards.
- Preparing and setting up dining areas, including tables and service stations.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management to minimise waste and ensure availability.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the food and beverage areas.
- Adhering to all health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Responding promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and requests.
- Supporting other team members during busy periods to deliver seamless service.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality roles is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock control.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Right to work in the UK.
