Casual Food & Beverage Assistant
Pay: up to £12.71 per hour
Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic individuals to work as one of our Casual Food & Beverage Assistants that puts great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Our guests stay 7 days a week so we do need someone who is available to work a variety of shifts to suit the needs of the business.
As a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant, your main duties will be:
Forming part of our busy restaurant & bar team, greeting all guests, supporting the supervision of all stock levels, taking orders as required, supporting Meetings & Events as required Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers, anticipating guest needs as far as possible Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly

Previous experience in a food and beverage service position Attentive, professional customer service skills delivered with a smile The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team Knowledge of processing payments (experience of Micros would be advantageous)

The Copthorne Hotel Plymouth, is located in the heart of the bustling city centre and provides glorious views over Britain's "Ocean City". The hotel offers 135 guest rooms, ranging from Standard, Club and Deluxe.
50 Degrees North Brasserie & Bar offers an informal atmosphere and a menu that focuses on sourcing the very best in local produce. Both are open daily and offer light snacks, afternoon tea and cold beverages.
