Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless luxury hospitality that meets our high standard
  • Welcome and engage guests with confidence, warmth, and cultural authenticity
  • Master product knowledge to elevate the guest journey
  • Resolve queries discreetly and efficiently
  • Support smooth operations across restaurants, bar, breakfast service, room service, and event venues
  • Maintain the ethos of undisguised indulgence at every interaction
