Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver seamless luxury hospitality that meets our high standard
- Welcome and engage guests with confidence, warmth, and cultural authenticity
- Master product knowledge to elevate the guest journey
- Resolve queries discreetly and efficiently
- Support smooth operations across restaurants, bar, breakfast service, room service, and event venues
- Maintain the ethos of undisguised indulgence at every interaction
