Dundee United Football Club is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Casual Front of House Staff to join our Hospitality Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an exciting stadium environment, supporting matchdays and a variety of events throughout the year.
Whether you're welcoming supporters, serving food and drinks, or helping deliver exceptional hospitality experiences, you'll play an important role in creating memorable moments for every guest.

What you'll be doing...
As part of our Front of House team, you'll help ensure every visitor receives a warm and professional welcome. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service to supporters, guests, and visitors.
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Assisting customers with enquiries and providing information where needed.
- Operating tills and processing cash and card payments.
- Setting up and clearing hospitality areas before and after events.
- Keeping service areas clean, well-stocked, and presented to a high standard.
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
- Following all food safety, health & safety, and company procedures.

Working pattern: Matchdays and events, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
Hourly rate: In line with National Minimum Wage (depending on age)

What can you bring?
We're looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service. You'll be someone who:
- Enjoys working with people and creating great customer experiences.
- Has a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Works well as part of a team and is happy to support where needed.
- Is reliable, flexible, and able to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Previous experience in hospitality, catering, retail, or customer service is desirable but not essential. If you have barista, food service, or cash handling experience, that's a bonus—but we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
