Casual Front of House Supervisor - Level1
Level1 Casual Supervisor (Level1) – St Mary’s Stadium, Southampton
About the Role
Location: St Mary’s Stadium Hours: As and when required (including evenings and weekends) Contract Type: Casual Safeguarding Requirement: Valid DBS Enhanced Check with Children’s Barred List
Expand our team of Casual Supervisors at Level1 to deliver outstanding customer service while upholding Level1 values and holding teams to account.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Operational Excellence
- Own the customer experience, leading in exceptional service delivery.
- Be the primary contact for guest concerns, making quick decisions to improve satisfaction and escalating to the duty manager when needed.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Zone Management
- Oversee smooth operations at Level1, coordinating:
- Bar operations
- Staff allocation and guest flow across zones
- Preparation, safe execution, and resetting of all activities and areas -Manage stock control for drinks, consumables, and activities.
- Support stocktakes and cash-operated systems (COS) in line with operational requirements.
Staff Leadership & Team Culture
- Directly lead and support Team Leaders with clear guidance, priorities, and expectations.
- Identify performance issues and provide real-time coaching for improvements.
- Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture.
- Allocate staff efficiently based on trading levels and operational demands.

- Onboard and train new Team Leaders, reinforcing standards, safety, and service expectations.

Essential Skills & Experience
✔ Proven experience in fast-paced hospitality, leisure, or guest-facing roles. ✔ Team leadership or shift-supervision experience. ✔ Confident decision-making under pressure. ✔ Strong communication skills; ability to motivate, direct, and adapt to diverse audiences. ✔ Organisational and multitasking abilities. ✔ Understanding of operational standards, safety protocols, and service delivery. ✔ Living the values: consistently demonstrating Level1’s principles and acting as a role model.
