What is the role?
We are looking for an Entertainment Front of House team to provide a warm and welcoming service to all visitors of our new 7-day indoor leisure entertainment venue!
What will you be doing?
You will be providing excellent customer service and ensuring daily activities run smoothly and efficiently, resulting in an enjoyable experience for all.
Duties will include:
- Providing amazing service
- Checking in guests and introducing the gameplay
- Accurately taking payments
- Preparing the floor and bar area for service
- Serving food and drinks to our guests
- Preparing cocktails and drinks
- Climbing and high ropes assistance
Is this you?
You are upbeat and enthusiastic with a friendly but professional manner. You have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of demographics and are happy to get stuck in to all tasks, from maintaining a clean and presentable venue to assisting children in exciting activities.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience in a similar role or a customer-facing environment
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
