Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome & engage guests throughout their stay with personalised recommendations.
  • Assist with arrivals, valet parking, luggage handling, and smooth guest orientation.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless, seamless service.
  • Maintain teamwork & clear communication to deliver exemplar hospitality.

This role requires proactive enthusiasm and adaptability to fluctuating shifts, including weekends.

Who Are We Looking For?

We seek proactive, enthusiastic candidates with:

  • A willing attitude and friendly welcoming nature.
  • Passion and pride in delivering exceptional, personalised service.
  • Front office hospitality experience (preferably in a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel).
  • Strong local knowledge to offer insightful recommendations for guests.
  • A valid, clean driving license (required for valet parking duties).
