What you’ll be doing

As an Airport Lounge Hospitality Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operation of the lounge, helping to deliver a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for passengers travelling through the airport.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the smooth running of the airport lounge during busy operational periods
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout all lounge areas
  • Supporting with food and beverage service, replenishment of stock, and clearing of tables
  • Assisting with the receipt, storage, and rotation of deliveries and supplies in line with company procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding politely and professionally to passenger requests and queries
  • Supporting colleagues across different lounge operations as required to ensure an efficient service
  • Ensuring all work areas, equipment, and service stations are clean, safe, and fully stocked
  • Following all food safety, COSHH, health & safety, and airport security procedures at all times
  • Operating equipment and carrying out tasks safely and responsibly in line with training provided

What you can bring

  • A flexible and proactive approach, with willingness to support across a variety of lounge duties
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of health & safety and hygiene practices
  • A positive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Previous hospitality, catering, or customer service experience is desirable
