Guest Service Agent – Seasonal Position

As a Guest Service Agent, you won’t just ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs; you’ll craft memorable experiences that leave guests with lasting warmth and appreciation.

Responsibilities
Empowering guests with:
- 24-hour weekly commitment
- Greeting & Check-In Excellence:
- Warm welcome & seamless check-in (verification of details, room assignment, key allocation, welcome materials, and bell service support)
- Efficient Check-Out Process:
- Processing departures (verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, POS system accuracy)
- Hotel & Local Knowledge:
- Expert familiarity with room types, rates, promotions, and area attractions to support guest inquiries
- Upselling & Revenue Growth:
- Recommendations for hotel amenities to maximize room/service revenue
- Guest Delight:
- Handling requests/resolutions with care, urgency, and tailored communication
