Guest Service Agent – Seasonal Position

As a Guest Service Agent, you won’t just ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs; you’ll craft memorable experiences that leave guests with lasting warmth and appreciation.

Responsibilities

Empowering guests with:

  • 24-hour weekly commitment
  • Greeting & Check-In Excellence:
    • Warm welcome & seamless check-in (verification of details, room assignment, key allocation, welcome materials, and bell service support)
  • Efficient Check-Out Process:
    • Processing departures (verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, POS system accuracy)
  • Hotel & Local Knowledge:
    • Expert familiarity with room types, rates, promotions, and area attractions to support guest inquiries
  • Upselling & Revenue Growth:
    • Recommendations for hotel amenities to maximize room/service revenue
  • Guest Delight:
    • Handling requests/resolutions with care, urgency, and tailored communication
