Health Club Receptionist (Casual Worker)
Rate of pay: £13.68 (for under 21s) to £14.24 (for ages 21+) per hour. Rates are inclusive of holiday pay.

We’re on the lookout for a Casual Health Club Receptionist who brings good energy, great attention to detail, and a passion for creating unforgettable first impressions.
At our Health Club, you’re not just “on reception” – you’re the friendly face who sets the tone for someone’s entire day.
Your Role
- Greet guests and members like they’re old friends (even if they’re brand new)
- Keep things running smoothly at the front desk – bookings, schedules, and guest queries
- Handle check-ins and check-outs with a smile and serious efficiency
- Send and reply to messages/emails that are clear, friendly, and on-point
- Help keep the space looking Insta-ready and safe for everyone
- Share guest feedback and be part of the ideas team to keep improving
- Know our offers and help upsell services in a natural, helpful way
