About The Role
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering a high standard of service. Whether you have hospitality or bar experience, or are keen to develop your skills, we’d love to hear from you.
What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service within our hospitality lounges.
- Provide bar service, including:
- Draft beverages
- Bottled beverages
- Premium beverages (where applicable)
- Serve food and drinks efficiently during busy service periods.
- Support smooth and coordinated service during peak matchday times.
- Maintain high presentation standards across dining and bar areas.
- Follow food safety guidelines, including:
- Basic allergen awareness (Note: This role involves handling and serving pork products.)

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Friendly and hospitable, with a commitment to delivering great guest experiences.
- Comfortable working as part of a team during peak events.
- Willing to learn and adhere to service standards and procedures.
- Committed to cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene. (Experience in hospitality, customer service, or bar work is beneficial but not essential.)

Employment Type: Casual position with variable hours, including evenings and weekends. Flexible assignment basis.
