About The Role

What will you be doing?

  • Welcome guests and deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Carry out ticket checks, bag searches, and security wanding.
  • Escort guests to boxes, suites, and tables with professionalism.
  • Manage access points (doors, escalators, lifts) to ensure smooth guest flow.
  • Work closely with management, stewards, and safety teams.
  • Help create a safe, organised, and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Training Requirement

This role requires you to complete a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (as required by the Sports Grounds Safety Authority).

This must be completed within 12 months of your first induction training. By applying, you confirm your commitment to completing this qualification.

Please note we may not be able to progress your application if this qualification is not completed within the required timeframe.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
