About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Casual Housekeeping Assistant to join Audleys Wood Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will:
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Replenish premium towels, toiletries, and refreshments (teas, coffees, biscuits) with attention to detail.
- Self-inspect rooms for consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the hotel’s reputation for luxury and comfort.
- Work flexibly across a variety of shifts, including weekends—prioritising guest needs amid busy periods.
(Full training provided for all tasks.)
About You
We’re looking for:
- A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- A strong team player comfortable working both independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required—we value passion, pride in service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Willingness to enthuse daily and embrace service with excellence.
