Location: Newbridge, Scotland, EH28 8LX

Salary: Starting at £13.00 per hour + service charge + excellent colleague benefits

The Role

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you’ll ensure Norton House Hotel’s highest standards of cleanliness and luxury shine through every guest interaction. Your meticulous attention to detail will set the tone for a premium, personalised experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain immaculate housekeeping standards in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas—replenishing premium towels, toiletries, and in-room refreshments (including curated teas, coffees, and biscuits).
  • Perform self-inspections—ensuring every corner meets the hotel’s luxury and efficiency benchmarks.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to uphold exceptional service and consistency.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends, accommodating busy hotel periods.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for proactive, enthusiastic individuals with:

  • A passion for luxury hospitality and commitment to outstanding service.
  • Experience in housekeeping or cleaning (some exposure preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work solo and as part of a high-energy team.
  • A friendly, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn.
