About the Role

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you’ll contribute to an impeccable guest experience by maintaining pristine rooms, public spaces, and smart finishing touches—such as curating refreshments and replenishing premium amenities. Demonstrating attention to detail, teamwork, and a friendly demeanour, you’ll thrive in a collaborative environment where quality and luxury define excellence.
This role requires flexibility, including varied shifts (weekends/weekdays), with outcomes tied to exceptional service.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure rooms and public areas exceed guest expectations with flawless cleaning and presentation.
- Restock premium toiletries, towels, and in-room refreshments (teas, coffees, biscuits) with elegance and precision.
- Set personal room standards and support self-inspection practices to maintain luxury and consistency.
- Work efficiently as part of a tight-knit team, offering assistance and maintaining high standards across all duties.
- Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritising customer service and colleague collaboration.

Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional standards of housekeeping/cleaning.
