What you'll be doing Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times Ensure thorough and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures Operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are used Working Pattern: As and when required for matchdays and events Salary: Paid hourly, in line with National Minimum Wage Job ID: 6668 What can you bring? A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of customers A team-focused approach, with a willingness to support colleagues when needed Reliability and a flexible attitude towards shifts, including evenings and weekends Attention to detail when handling food, drinks, and payments Previous experience in hospitality or retail is helpful, but not essential – we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Brilliant Work Deserves Brilliant Perks!
