We are looking for two reliable and hardworking Casual Kitchen Porters to join our Kitchen team and play a vital role in ensuring our culinary operation runs smoothly. Supporting our chefs and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, you'll help deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
What you'll do
- Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment and utensils.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment are cleaned efficiently.
- Assist with the receipt, storage and organisation of deliveries.
- Support chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Dispose of waste safely and maintain recycling procedures.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Keep stock rooms, walk-in fridges and storage areas clean and organised.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
