Are you an experienced Chef with a passion for fine dining and creating exceptional culinary experiences? We're hiring for a talented Casual Lead Chef to join our hospitality team at Hibernian FC.

Working across matchdays and events at Easter Road Stadium, you'll lead the delivery of outstanding fine dining experiences, producing high-quality five-course menus for corporate hospitality and special events. This role is ideal for a chef with proven experience in fresh food fine dining, who thrives in a fast-paced events environment. With flexible casual hours available for both preparation and matchdays, this is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a unique sporting environment while earning a competitive hourly rate.

What you'll be doing...

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of exceptional fine dining menus for hospitality events.
  • Produce high-quality five-course menus to the highest culinary standards.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure a premium guest experience.
  • Maintain outstanding standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Support the planning and preparation required ahead of matchdays and events.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service.
  • Ensure all Food Safety, COSHH, and Health & Safety procedures are followed.

Working Pattern: Casual hours for matchdays and events

Salary: Negotiable hourly rate, depending on experience.

What can you bring?

  • Proven experience working in a fresh food fine dining environment (essential).
  • Previous experience in a lead chef or senior kitchen role.
  • Rosette-level experience (desirable).
  • The ability to confidently produce and deliver high-quality five-course menus in an events setting.
  • A passion for creating exceptional food and memorable dining experiences.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Availability to work matchdays and preparation shifts.
  • A positive, professional approach and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
