Casual Lead Chef – Hibernian FC (Easter Road Stadium)

About the Role

When the crowd roars, the food has to be just as exciting! At Elior Stadia, we deliver epic matchday meals, gourmet hospitality, and fast, fresh stadium snacks—so fans can immerse themselves in the action while savoring exceptional cuisine.

We’re seeking an experienced Chef with a passion for fine dining and crafting memorable culinary experiences to join our hospitality team at Hibs. As a Casual Lead Chef, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-end hospitality events, specialising in five-course menus for corporate clients and major matchdays.

With flexible casual hours, this role offers an exciting chance to showcase your skills in a dynamic, high-energy sports environment while earning a competitive hourly rate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of exceptional fine dining menus for hospitality events.
  • Produce and oversee five-course menus to the highest culinary standards.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service excellence for premium guests.
  • Maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in planning and pre-matchday prep for seamless event execution.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service.
  • Uphold all Food Safety, COSHH, and Health & Safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong background in fresh food and fine dining.
  • Previous experience in a lead chef or senior kitchen role (ನ більш ಸೆ ತastore/разу́меется, revision-level experience is desirable).
  • The ability to confidently createfive-course menus in an events setting.
  • Passion for excellence: A drive to curate exceptional food and unforgettable dining.
  • Strong organisation and leadership skills.
  • Availability to work matchday shifts, including prep hours.
  • A professional, standards-driven mindset.
