What You’ll Be Doing
As a Lounge Host, you will be the welcoming face of our premium lounge service, ensuring guests enjoy a high-quality, relaxed experience. From delivering exceptional customer service to maintaining a clean and inviting environment, you’ll help create a memorable atmosphere for all visitors.
- Greet guests in a professional, warm, and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service, attending to guests’ needs efficiently and politely
- Support the preparation, presentation, and replenishment of food and beverages
- Ensure all lounge areas are clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues or escalate when necessary
- Adhere to all company policies, including Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
