We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Matchday Stewarding Team at the Coventry Building Society Arena. Be part of the excitement in a fast-paced sporting environment, helping to deliver a safe and enjoyable experience for supporters.
A range of roles are available, and full training will be provided – no experience necessary. ⚽
Role Purpose
To provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all supporters and visitors attending fixtures and events primarily at the CBS Arena.
This role is on a casual hours basis, supporting our matchday/events which may include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

Essential Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm, confident, able to work under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and approach.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Desirable
- Previous stewarding, customer service, or security experience.
- Level 2 in Spectator Safety (or willingness to work towards this).
- Knowledge of football matchday operations.
