About The Role

What will you be doing?

  • Help provide a safe and secure environment on match days
  • Support and guide spectators, ensuring they feel welcome and informed
  • Enforce stadium regulations and promote fan safety
  • Respond to incidents calmly and professionally
  • Conduct security checks, including personal searches
  • Record and report incidents clearly and accurately
  • Work closely with your team to manage large crowds effectively

  • Comfortable managing conflict appropriately
  • Able to write clear and accurate reports

Training Requirement

This role requires you to complete a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (as required by the Sports Grounds Safety Authority).

  • This must be completed within 12 months of your first induction training
  • By applying, you confirm your commitment to completing this qualification

Please note we may not be able to progress your application if this qualification is not completed within the required timeframe.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
